Happy Birthday is written on the top of the cake. I'm not sure it shows well enough in the photos to read it.
Refer to the photographs of the item on the grid board for dimensions. Each bold square on the grid is one inch, divided into 1/4" squares.
Keep in mind that the closeup photos in this listing were taken with a macro lens which greatly enlarged the item in order to show fine detail in focus. This tends to also magnify any tiny flaws - scratches, for example. Most of the scratches and imperfections that appear prominent in the enlarged photos are actually very tiny and very hard or even impossible to see with the naked eye at a normal viewing distance. In general, if you can't see the flaw in the grid board photo (taken with a normal lens), you probably won't notice it.
Some (but not all) of my charms come with a jump ring still attached but I recommend replacing it anyway in most cases. I don't supply jump rings with my charms - sorry! Whatever you see in the photograph is how the charm comes. There are numerous ebay sellers who have jump rings in all types and sizes if you need jump rings.
