~ little known about Harper, except that it was a brand owned by Perry Novelty Company of Providence, Rhode Island.  Their jewelry was primarily good quality colored rhinestones set in gold filled settings, featuring swirled wire designs.

Vintage Condition ~ All stones are intact and the clasp closes securely. The pin closure is slightly tarnishe, but does not take away from it's beauty. (see pics)
