New, Lot of 7 Cello cowboy hats in black,they are the  pretty bendable plastic with flocking on it to give the illusion of wool or felt.  They fit small to medium size adult head.   They are great for theatrical and dance use. I am not selling these individually, one has a couple of little cracks on it. attc
