Petite adult in this costume, I have only one. Petite adult fits a child size 10-12 or a ladies size 0-2. the measurement chart is there if you need it This was the photo sample, It includes the white romantic length ballet costume in velvet with attached romantic length tutu.The costume includes a chiffon sash that is pinched in the center (which goes in the center front of the waist), a flower stand of rosettes for the bodice, a medium size rose for the hair and a ribbon locket which ties at the neck. You also get the sleeves that you see in my pic . 124A
